DC 460

DC-460 combines the function of dual channel vibration data collector and signal analyzer. DC-460 data collector instrument is specially designed to simplify the task and increase the speed of collecting condition monitoring data. DC-460 vibration collector can be efficiently used for condition monitoring of machines & instruments in process industries such as power generation, petrochemicals, pulp & paper etc.

The DC-460, digital data collector is used to display and store parameters for vibration, bearing assessment and process variables and related graphs.The instrument is modular and modules can be selected as per user requirement. The modules currently available are :-

Salient Features:-

The system utilizes latest digital signal processing (DSP) and high resolution Sigma-Delta A/D converters.

Provides accurate results with speed in data collection process.

Easy to handle and operate.

Collects field data, which includes vibration information and process variables, over a wide range of 10CPM (0.16 Hz) to 2400 kCPM (40 KHz).

Bearing assessments are carried out using ESP measurements that is a proven amplitude demodulation technique.

Accepts traxial , single , axis accelerometers as well as other Vibration & process sensors Condition Monitoring Software with Advance Vibration analysis optionals Variety of Reports with option for user defined reports.
