The OSA3 MicroLab™ is virtually a “lab in a box”. It contains components with the ability to identify the presence of 20 metals and measure physical properties such as Glycol, TBN, Soot (diesel engines only), fuel dilution, water, Nitration, and oxidation.

MIDAS is a very sensitive and easy to use instrument for determining the amount of ferrous wear debris in an oil or hydraulic fluid sample.

The maximum benefit from debris monitoring is to be gained from a 'live' device continuously monitoring the lubrication flow for wear particles as soon as they are generated. Particle detection in-line provides the maximum early warning of problems, and avoids potential further damage.
