Tri Balancer
The Tribalancer is a self contained instrument designed specifically for machines with three permanently mounted balancing weights. It can be used to balance a grinding wheel on the machine, or used as a vibration meter or tachometer. Unlike traditional method of static balancing that requires an experienced operator and takes long working hours, Tribalancer can guide you through a balancing procedure in 5 minutes, and make you able to balance your rotors to very high balancing grade. FEATURES : Balance the grinder on the machine. Quick balancing in 5 minutes. Balance the grinder to 0.1 µm vibration level. (optimal value for static balancing is around 3µm) 10 times faster than static balancing. Continuously monitor the vibration level of the machine. Improve machining quality and efficiency.
