The OMS LaserScan LS01 scanning vibrometer is based on a patented electro-optical configuration developed by MetroLaser. The system consists of a portable laser sensor head and electronic controller. Accelerometer Calibration Shaker GJX-5

GJX-5 Can be used to calibrate vibration accelerometer, velocity and proximity transducer. It can also be used to calibrate vibration monitoring /measuring instruments or data acquisition / data collector devices. Standard sine signals at continually varying frequency from 10, to 1280 Hz can be generated from the calibrator. The amplitude of the acceleration, velocity and displacement can be defined and shown on LCD digital panel. Either horizontal or vertical vibration can be generated.

The VSHOOTER is a comprehensive diagnostic tool a vibrometer that allows to know and to easily track the status of the more common rotating machines such as fans, pumps, screw compressors etc …

The VSHOOTER VBS1T produces the MCP. The VSHOOTER VBS1T is a portable measuring device,  a vibrometer equiped with an external high quality accelerometer, an embedded camera, led stroboscope and pyrometer. A special software has been developped to get photos enhanced with informations. On every MCP appear the measuring points locations. The points appear in green, yellow, orange or red according to the classification of ISO 10816-3 7

The vibrations of newly installed machines are normally placed in green zone.
The machines whose vibrations are within yellow zone are normally considered acceptable for a long service life without any restrictions.
Machines whose vibrations are in orange zone are normally considered unsuitable for long-term continuous service. In general, the machine can operate in these conditions for a limited time, until the opportunity arises to take corrective action where necessary.
The vibration values found in red area are normally considered significant enough to cause damage.

 

Every MCP,  condition picture, with all the vibration measurements related to can be stored in the memory of the VSHOOTER. Up to 1000 MCP can be stored and uploaded to a PC by mean of the USB cable supplied.

For measurements values within zone orange and red the V SHOOTER VBS1T automatically performs a self diagnosis and the FFT of the Velocity and the Acceleration. On the FFT screens the user is directed automaticaly to one of the 5 most common defects (75% of faults): unbalance, bearing shock and lubrication, alignment, foundation. In case of none of these defects being detected it is recommended to use a more power full analyzer.

 

On clicking on  the table of all the measurements made on a machine will be displayed:
On clicking on  the FFT of the Velocity and Acceleration of all the measurements on alarm, orange and red according to ISO 10816-3 7, will be displayed. For the Velocity the 3 frequencies with the largest amplitude will also be displayed together with the self diagnosis.

As part of the preventive maintenance the VSHOOTER VBS1T allows for monitoring of rotating machines by performing for each measurement trends of 4 values:

 

  • Vibration Rms velocity 2(10)-1000 Hz in mm/s or inch/s according to ISO 10816-3 7

Type 3223 conforms to measurement law JIS C 1510-1995, and exerts mobility at every measuring site because of its smallness and light weight. Combination/Integration with Vibration Pickup Type 7833 allows you to measure vibration levels floor and vibration acceleration levels on the ground, floor, foundation and seat etc., simultaneously in three directions of X, Y and Z.

The vibrometer MC 1100 is designed for simple and quick measurement of the vibration velocity vRMS. This value is used for assessment of the vibration condition of rotating machinery acc. ISO 10816 - 1 to 6.
Alternatively the vibration acceleration can be measured. This value is used for example when estimating human vibrations.
MC 1100 evaluates the vibration values for three selectable frequency ranges. Therefore also machines rotating at slow or very high speeds can be well assessed.
The vibration spectrum of rolling bearings is being analysed by the MC 1100 with the gSP-value according to the impact momentum method. Changes of the condition of rolling element bearings become evident by monitoring the gSP-value’strend.

The Recovib.Tiny is a 3-axis shock & vibration data logger. It is extremely practical for a vibration diagnosis, offering up to 6 hours of measurement. TINY Vibration Recorder

The TINY Vibration Recorder is connected to a PC via a USB connection. The supplied software allows for time synchronisation with the PC, selection of the measuring range, as well as programming of the measurement interval.

When the sensor is disconnected from the PC and when the preset measurement start time is reached, the TINY Vibration Recorder begins to autonomously measure and store vibration values.

Once the preset stop time is reached, the TINY Vibration Recorder goes into sleep mode until it is reconnected to the PC.

The TINY Vibration Recorder is therefore recognised by the PC as an external storage device. Thanks to the supplied software, the measurements of one or more sensors stored in a compact binary format can be converted to standard formats depending on user preference (text, csv, MATLAB™ , LabVIEW™ formats)

The Monarch Nova-Pro™ UV is a powerful portable visual inspection and speed measurement tool.  For visual running inspection in security printing.

 

Monarch has combined all the features of the hand-held LED stroboscopes now together with Ultra Violet 385nm wavelength LEDS. It includes a full function laser tachometer for performing non-contact speed checks of rotating equipment. The Nova Pro UV light has a lamp mode for continuous on inspection. The light source is made up of twelve LED’s which are extraordinarily bright yet extremely efficient allowing cool continuous operation and extremely long battery life (up to 19 hours on a single charge). Continuous operation is also possible with the optional AC adapter.

 

It includes the integral laser module for tachometer mode or strobe trigger mode and adds a high contrast inverse blue LCD display with back light and touch sensitive number pad for setting flash rates quickly, ultra-high intensity LED’s for even more light output, memory for up to 10 preset flash rates, input and output jacks for external sensors or pulse repeater output. Features include phase delay, time delay and virtual slow motion.

 

Each kit includes Strobe, integral laser module with remote dock, (2) standard Li-ion battery packs, battery charging station with interchangeable wall plugs, and operation manual.

Proximity sensors work on the eddy current principle. A proximity system consists of an eddy current probe, extension cable and driver. A high-frequency RF signal is generated by the driver, sent through the extension and probe cables and radiated from the probe tip. The tip consists of a precision wound copper coil inside a chemical and temperature resistant PEEK case.


The tip is either mounted on a threaded stainless steel rod allowing easy gap adjustment on a bracket via two locking nuts or a flat, low profile mount. The driver demodulates the signal, amplifies and line arises it to provide an output proportional to the probe to target gap and/or vibration of the target.
